Giving to Teach is a community based program designed to help Idaho educators buy and sell real estate.
Since 2011, the Giving To Teach real estate program has been helping Idaho educators save when buying or selling real estate in our great state of Idaho, becoming the exclusive real estate source for the IEA (Idaho Education Association) Member Benefits in 2013. The IEA represents over 10,000 Idaho Educators and to date we have helped Idaho educators buy and sell more than $21,000,000 in real estate, with an average savings of over $5,500 per transaction.
Benefit Overview
As an active member or retired member of the IEA you will receive a discount on real estate fees equal to 1% of the sales price for the purchase or sale of any home. For example, if you sell a $450,000 home you will receive a $4,500 discount or if you purchase a home for $450,000 you will receive $4,500 at closing. This benefit is also available to all children and parents of IEA members.
